For use with custom whitening trays, Opalescence PF tooth whitening gel offers many options for patients. With its easy syringe delivery, the gel contains 20% water to prevent dehydration, and the sticky, viscous formula helps keep the gel and tray in place. Opalescence tooth whitening gel contains PF (potassium nitrate and fluoride)

Dr. Bauer use only the finest, most durable porcelain to ensure that you will be thrilled with your new smile. Highly color-stable and not prone to breaking or wearing down, porcelain veneers are a better long term choice than composite bonding. Although less expensive at the outset, composite bonding does not have the same long range expectations as veneers, due to the fact that it uses an inherently weaker and less color-fast material.

With CEREC technology Dr. Bauer can fabricate a beautiful porcelain restoration, which is then bonded into place restoring only the lost tooth structure. By using this technique our doctors are able to restore your tooth back to 98% of its original strength. In contrast, research has shown that the strength of a tooth with a traditional crown is only around 80% of its original strength.

Dental implants are a wonderful way to replace a single missing tooth or multiple missing teeth. The procedure begins by having a titanium implant placed into your mouth where your tooth root once was. Over the next three to six month period, your jaw bone will integrate to your implant, attaching it firmly to the bone. Once this healing phase is complete, the implant is ready for the restoration with a very natural looking tooth. Dr. Bauer is happy to provide the full range of implant services ranging from tooth removal to implant placement and eventual restoration.

Composite bonding is a very inexpensive procedure that can make huge changes in your smile in as little as one appointment. The doctors at Family Dental Care of Bellevue bond the composite material onto your teeth to make the changes necessary to enhance your smile. The composite material itself is made up of very small pieces of glass in a resin matrix. It comes in many different shades, allowing the doctors to create a beautiful, natural looking result.
