Comprehensive Dentistry

Whatever brought you here, a toothache, a broken crown, a smile you’re not happy with, or simply time for a checkup, we have the expertise and technology to take care of it. All of it. Right here.

From routine cleanings and exams to same-day crowns, implants, root canals, extractions, and full smile restorations, your care stays with one team that knows you and your history. For more complicated treatment we have a close network of specialists who we work with to provide top level care.

Every treatment starts with a conversation. We’ll explain what we’re seeing, walk you through your options, and build a plan that makes sense for your health and your life.

Same Day Crowns

A damaged tooth shouldn’t mean weeks of temporaries and multiple appointments. With our CEREC technology, we design, mill, and place a custom porcelain crown in a single visit. You walk in with a problem and walk out with a permanent, natural-looking restoration.

Each one is precision-crafted to match your tooth’s shape, color, and bite. The result is a restoration that looks natural and restores up to 98% of your tooth’s original strength.

One appointment. One crown.

Personalized Oral care

Not every cleaning is the same, and it shouldn’t be. We assess your specific situation at every visit and tailor your cleaning to what your teeth and gums actually need.

If you’re healthy, a routine preventive cleaning keeps you that way. If there’s early gum disease, we’ll catch it and treat it before it progresses. If you’re managing periodontal issues, we provide the ongoing maintenance that keeps things stable.

Root Canals

Sometimes a tooth is damaged to the point where the only way to save it is a root canal, and they are one of the most effective procedures we do.

We remove the infection, clean and seal the canals, and restore the tooth, often with a same-day crown so everything is handled in one visit. The procedure is comfortable, efficient, and far easier than most people expect. Often you'll leave with a fully restored tooth that looks and functions the way it should.

If you've been putting this off, call us — we'll walk you through exactly what to expect.

Implants

A missing tooth affects more than your smile — it changes how you eat, how you speak, and how your other teeth align over time. Implants are the gold standard for replacement because they look, feel, and function like your natural tooth.

In most cases, we handle the entire implant process right here in our office: extraction if needed, implant placement, healing management, and the final restoration. Dr. Bauer manages every step so nothing gets lost in translation. In the rare case where a specialist is needed, we coordinate that care and stay involved throughout.

The result is a permanent tooth that is stable, strong, and designed to last.

Extractions

Sometimes a tooth can’t be saved, and removing it is the best path to protecting the rest of your mouth. When that’s the case, we make the process as straightforward and comfortable as possible.

We’ll numb the area thoroughly, remove the tooth gently, and if needed, place a bone graft to preserve the site for a future implant. You’ll leave with clear aftercare instructions and a plan for what comes next—whether that’s an implant, a bridge, or simply letting the area heal.

We don’t extract teeth unless it’s truly the best option. If there’s a way to save it, we’ll tell you.

Crown & Bridge

When a tooth needs a crown or bridge, our goal is to preserve as much of your healthy tooth as possible while giving you a restoration that’s strong, natural-looking, and built to last.

Using CEREC, we design and fabricate your crown right here in the office—often in a single visit. No goopy impressions, no plastic temporaries, no second appointment weeks later. Your permanent restoration is milled from solid porcelain and bonded that same day.

Orthodontic Checkup

Children's Dentistry

Kids deserve a dentist who makes them feel safe—not scared. That’s why we offer “happy visits” for young children: a chance to ride the chair, play with the water sprayer, and get comfortable in our office before any real work begins. No pressure, no tears, just a fun introduction to dental care.

As your child grows, Dr. Bauer monitors their development at every visit—watching for alignment issues, jaw growth, and the right timing for orthodontic evaluation (the American Association of Orthodontists recommends age 7). If early intervention can prevent bigger problems later, we’ll let you know.

Our goal is to help your child build a healthy relationship with dental care that lasts a lifetime—and to give you peace of mind that their development is being watched carefully by someone who knows what to look for.

TMJ distress

TMJD

Jaw pain, clicking, popping, worn-down teeth, chronic headaches—these aren’t things you should just live with. They’re often signs of a treatable condition called TMJD (Temporomandibular Joint Disorder), and Dr. Bauer has extensive experience diagnosing and resolving it.

We start with a thorough evaluation: your health history, jaw movement, bite analysis, and imaging if needed. From there, we build a treatment plan that targets the root cause—not just the symptoms. Options may include a custom night guard, bite adjustments, or therapeutic Botox to relax overactive muscles.

Many patients come to us after years of discomfort, not realizing how much better they can feel. If this sounds like you, let’s figure out what’s going on.

3D Printed Ceramic Restorations

How about this:

"Sometimes a cavity or area of damage is too large for a traditional filling to hold up long-term. A filling in that situation may restore the tooth temporarily, but over time it can flex, crack, and actually weaken the structure it's meant to protect.

That's where ceramic inlays and onlays come in. They're custom-designed restorations that fit precisely into or over the damaged area, bonding directly to your tooth and reinforcing its natural strength rather than compromising it.

Using 3D printing and digital scanning, we design and fabricate these restorations with a level of accuracy that traditional methods can't match. The fit is exact, the material is durable, and because we're preserving healthy tooth structure instead of removing it, your tooth is set up to last.

If Dr. Bauer sees that a filling isn't the right long-term answer for your tooth, this is often the better path. It's a more conservative approach that protects what you have and avoids bigger problems down the road.

Commitment to Care

Our commitment is simple: listen carefully, explain clearly, and provide the highest level of care available—every time you sit in our chair. The relationships we build with our patients are the foundation of everything we do, and many of those relationships span decades.
