Not Every Case Is an Aligner Case

Clear aligner therapy is a powerful tool, but it is not the right tool for everything. Severe crowding, large bite discrepancies, teeth that need significant vertical movement, or jaws that are still growing can call for traditional braces, a combined approach, or an outside referral to an orthodontist or other specialist. We will determine what is best for you at the consultation, looking at your scan and your bite together and explaining the reasoning plainly. If Invisalign is the right fit, we will say so. If a different path will get you a better result, we will tell you that too and help you get there.
